We can provide superbills upon request for the client to send in to your insurance company for reimbursement- here are steps you can take for reimbursement by calling and asking these questions to your insurance company
- Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health? Provide the following CPT codes:
90791 – psychological diagnostic interview; 90 minutes; this is the first assessment/meeting
90837 – individual psychotherapy; 60 minutes; once weekly - If yes, what is the percentage that you cover and is that a percentage of the total fee or the “usual and customary fee”?
- If it is a percentage of the “usual and customary fee,” what is that amount?
- What is the deductible, and how much of the deductible have I met?
