The Inner Reclamation Membership
$150/month
Includes unlimited access to all weekly healing groups:
- Reclamation Group Talks (Fridays 12-1pm CST)
- Subconscious Art Therapy (Tuesdays 12-1pm CST)
- Trauma Yoga Therapy (Mondays 12-1pm CST)
All sessions are virtual, 60 minutes, and trauma-informed.
No drop-ins at this time — membership builds safety, consistency, and results.
Reclamation Group Talks
Fridays 12-1pm CST | 60 Minutes | Virtual
Mental health Themed group reflections + voice reclamation through guided discussions and free writing.
Structure:
- 10–15 min: Guided soul-based reflection (no interruptions)
- 10–15 min: Freewriting
- 15–20 min: Optional sharing from your pages (no feedback)

- Heals the freeze and fawn response by activating safe voice expression
- Interpersonal communication
- Builds social nervous system repair through silent witnessing (ventral vagal)
- Rewrites internal trauma narratives through reflection + expression

Subconscious Art Therapy
Tuesdays 12-1pm CST | 60 Minutes | Virtual
Access the unconscious. Express the unseen. Regulate through creative flow.
Structure:
- 5–10 min: Grounding + breathwork
- 30 min: Guided symbolic art prompt (no art skill needed!)
- 15–20 min: Optional reflection or verbal share

- Bypasses cognitive defenses and accesses deeper emotional layers
- Releases stored trauma from hands, fascia, and visual memory
- Symbolic drawing regulates the right brain + vagus nerve
- Offers non-verbal emotional discharge when words fall short
Trauma Yoga Therapy
Mondays 12-1pm CST | 60 Minutes | Virtual
Shake, breathe, stretch, and release. A full-body nervous system reset.
Why It’s Crucial for Healing:
- Releases somatic memory and stored trauma in the hips, spine, and psoas
- Activates the vagal brake (rest/digest response) through breath + fascia opening
- Invites tremor and energy discharge to clear incomplete fight/flight/freeze responses
- Builds body trust, regulation, and resilience through repetition and rhythm

- Your membership includes a private calendar link + session reminders
- We ask for a 1-month minimum commitment to support deep healing
